Digital Health Acquisition Corp. Announces Extension of Deadline to Complete Initial Business Combination

Boca Raton, FL, May 08, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  Digital Health Acquisition Corp. (the "Company" or "Digital Health") (NASDAQ: DHAC), today announced that the Company has extended the date by which the Company must consummate an initial business combination for an additional three months from May 8, 2023 to August 8, 2023. The extension is the second of three additional three-month extensions permitted under the Company's governing documents and provides the Company with additional time to complete its initial business combination. The Company deposited the $350,000 extension fee into the Company's trust account on May 8, 2023.
