Federman & Sherwood Investigates TradeZero America Inc. for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into TradeZero America Inc. with respect to their recent data breach. On or around July 29, 2024, TradeZero America Inc. learned of suspicious activity affecting the environment of its third-party vendor, Tawk.To. TradeZero America Inc. immediately launched an investigation and determined that an unauthorized actor may have had access to personal information contained in certain files associated with customer communications that were contained on the Tawk.To platform. The investigation determined that the following information was impacted: individuals name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, financial brokerage and/or bank account information, and passport number.
