Federman & Sherwood Investigates Patelco Credit Union for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Patelco Credit Union with respect to their recent data breach. On or about May 23, 2024, Patelco experienced an unauthorized cybersecurity incident on their network. Upon discovery, Patelco immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On August 14, 2024, after reviewing the impacted data gathered during the investigation, Patelco determined that certain individuals' sensitive and personal information was accessed.
