Oceanview Reinsurance Appoints Michael C. Ward as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Experienced Financial Leader Brings 16 Years of Reinsurance Expertise to Oceanview

Oceanview Reinsurance Ltd., a subsidiary of Oceanview Holdings Ltd., today announced the appointment of Michael C. Ward as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Ward will oversee Oceanview Reinsurance's finance and reporting functions, maintaining its commitment to financial excellence and supporting the company's strategic initiatives. With over 16 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, Mr. Ward brings a wealth of knowledge in financial leadership, regulatory reporting, capital management, and process optimization to his new role.

Prior to joining Oceanview Reinsurance, Mr. Ward served as Financial Controller at Argus Group, where he was responsible for financial operations, regulatory compliance, and capital management. His previous roles include Head of Regulatory Reporting and Treasury Operations at Argus Group and Manager at Kane (Bermuda) Limited.

Mr. Ward's professional qualifications include: Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) and Associate in Insurance Accounting & Finance (AIAF). He holds a BA (Honors) in Accounting & Finance from John Moores University, Liverpool, UK.

This appointment follows Oceanview's recent expansion of its global reinsurance operations with the establishment of Oceanview Secure Reinsurance Ltd. in the Cayman Islands, further strengthening the company's ability to provide comprehensive reinsurance solutions to clients worldwide.
