DP World Appoints Terry Donohoe as Vice President, Freight Forwarding, Americas

Donohoe to drive DP World's freight forwarding expansion across the Americas region

DP World, a leading provider of end-to-end supply chain solutions, announces that it has appointed Terry Donohoe as Vice President of Freight Forwarding for the Americas. Donohoe will be responsible for establishing and implementing the Americas' freight forwarding strategy and service offerings while working to seamlessly integrate these capabilities into the broader DP World global supply chain network.

Donohoe's appointment represents a pivotal move in DP World’s global strategy to expand its freight forwarding operations, particularly within the Americas. Integrating this expansion with DP World’s existing global ports and terminals network will enhance the Company’s supply chain reach significantly, leading to a more robust, sustainable, and efficient freight network.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Donohoe had led a distinguished career in global freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics. Donohoe joins DP World from the Toll Group’s Global Forwarding division, where he last served as Vice President of Operations for North America. His extensive experience includes time with leading industry players including Agility, Schenker, GeoLogistics and BAX Global.

Donohoe holds a diploma in International Leadership from Hult Ashridge and has completed both the Disruptive Strategy program and Strategy Execution program from Harvard Business School. He will be based at DP World's regional headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
