Find the bottom plate, install the bottom seal and bottom wheel frame. Fix the lower half of the hinge on the base plate first. Note that the hinge numbers should be arranged from bottom to top.
Put the second door panel into the vertical track, fix the hinge, and then level the door panel. After confirming the level, you can install the third and fourth door panels. The two ends of each door panel should be aligned, and the last door panel should not be installed.
Fix the hanger angle irons on both sides of the door top, put the spring, adjusting flange, fixed flange, middle bracket, wire wheels on both sides, and bearing brackets on both sides on the steel pipes, then lift the entire balancing system. The bearing bracket is fixed on the hanger angle iron and the middle bracket is fixed on the wall. In order to avoid obstacles when installing the motor, the position of the middle bracket should be 100mm to the left.
Use a straight plate to connect the straight curved rail interface, and connect the hanger angle iron between the bearing bracket and the curved rail. After installing one side of the curved rail, confirm that the curved rail is level before fixing it. The level of the curved rail on the other side does not need to be measured. You only need to find the level with the first curved rail at the top.
Install the last door panel and install the top pulley frame. Adjust the distance of the top pulley so that the fifth door panel can be close to the hole.
The door body and guide rails are the main components of the garage door. First, you need to fix the tracks on the garage wall, and then install the door panels on the rails. You need to connect the panels with hinges, and screws.
