Holding a Ph.D. in Planning and Public Policy, Dr. O'Connor has assisted governmental agencies, political campaigns, and non-profit organizations in developing effective policy frameworks and practical interventions to address housing disparities. As an educator, Dr. O'Connor is committed to guiding aspiring developers, housing advocates, and policymakers, navigating the intricate overlap of housing, social equity, and public policy. Drawing from over three decades of impact in the housing industry, his vibrant teaching methodology and hands-on approach enrich the learning experience.
