ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
     On October 26, 2007, the Company’s controlled subsidiary, DSW Inc., issued a press release regarding its fiscal 2007 outlook. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
