OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.
On September 21, 2009, Birmingham Bloomfield Bancshares, Inc. (the Company) accepted the
resignation of director William Aikens for personal reasons. Mr. Aikens had served as the
Companys chairman of the board of directors. Following the acceptance of Mr. Aikens resignation,
the board of directors appointed Thomas Wagner as the Companys new chairman of the board.
