RESPONSE TO A REQUEST OF THE SUPERINTENDENCE OF FINANCE OF COLOMBIA

In order to respond to a request of the Superintendence of Finance of Colombia, BANCOLOMBIA informs that after consulting with its major shareholders, there is currently no agreement, pending negotiations or intention to sell the control of the Bank.
