On October 3, 2006, Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings (LabCorp®) (NYSE: LH), announced that it has entered into a new, ten-year agreement (Agreement) with United HealthCare Insurance Company (UnitedHealthcare), an affiliate of UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (NYSE: UNH), effective January 1, 2007.
