Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are materials which will be distributed by Kohl’s Corporation (“Company”) to attendees of the Company’s 2007 Investor Conference. The materials will be distributed at approximately 12:30 p.m. Indianapolis, Indiana time on Tuesday, October 2, 2007.
On October 2, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing the opening of 95 new stores and outlining its future growth plans. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2.
