On June 18, 2010, Terence Lynch resigned as Chief Accounting Officer of Crimson Exploration Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lynch’s resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, practices or otherwise.
