On April 13, 2006, Michael R. Hinton tendered his resignation as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Old National Bancorp (the "Company") and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company's banking subsidiary, Old National Bank, effective immediately.
