Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 10, 2019, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of Lennar Corporation (the “Company”) approved a cash incentive bonus of $1,250,005 for Diane Bessette, who is a Vice President and the Treasurer of the Company, and, effective April 11, 2018, was elected to the additional position of Chief Financial Officer.

Also on January 10, 2019, the Committee approved a cash incentive bonus of $2,400,037 for Bruce Gross, who on April 11, 2018, moved from his position as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company to become the Chief Executive Officer of Lennar Financial Services, a subsidiary of the Company.
