Item 8.01 Other Events.
On November 6, 2018, OncoSec Medical Incorporated (the “Company” or “OncoSec”) issued a press release reporting preliminary data from KEYNOTE-695, a global, multicenter Phase 2b, open-label trial of intratumoral delivery of TAVO™ (tavokinogene telseplasmid / IL-12) with intravenous KEYTRUDA® (pembrolizumab) in patients with unresectable, advanced melanoma. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
On November 6, 2018, the Company posted an investor presentation to its website, www.oncosec.com. A copy of the investor presentation is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
