Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 22, 2015, PostRock Energy Corporation (“PostRock”) was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) that PostRock has met all the alternative continued listing standards under Listing Rule 5450(b)(1), and, therefore, the notice of noncompliance concerning Listing Rule 5450(b)(3)(C) issued by Nasdaq on December 23, 2014 has been resolved, and PostRock has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Global Market listing requirements.
