EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

We are refiling a corrected version of the condensed consolidated interim financial statements of Medicure Inc. for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017 (unaudited).

 

These replace the version filed on August 7, 2017. Pages 1 and 2 have been corrected to reflect the addition of $25,000 to the accounts payable and accrued liabilities line on page 2, which was not included in the original filing as a result of an inadvertent error. This results in changes to the subtotals and totals on pages 1 and 2. Other than to correct this omission, there are no other changes.
