(1) As previously reported on Schedule 13D/A on 12/15/05, due to the redemption of the reporting person's equity securities in the JOW Corp. and the reporting person's resignation as President and Director of JOW Corp., JOW Corp.'s holdings of the issuer's common stock are no longer attributable to the reporting person.
(2) No shares of the issuer were bought or sold.
(3) Mr. Wright continues to own 22,160 shares directly and 12,500 shares in assorted Wright family trusts.
