Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced on September 21, 2004 that Johnny O. Conroy has been appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Conroy, President of Conroy Ford Tractor, Inc. has served on the Board of Directors of Guaranty Bond Bank since February 17, 2004.
