On April 25, 2011, China Security & Surveillance Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing first quarter earnings and conducted a conference call to discuss those results. A copy of the press release and the presentation slides, which the Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission, are attached as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated by reference herein.
