ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On June 25, 2013, Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”), in connection with its first quarter 2013 Lenders and Note Investors Conference Call to discuss the financial results of the Company, Toys “R” Us – Delaware, Inc., Toys “R” Us Property Company I, LLC, and Toys “R” Us Property Company II, LLC, plans to disclose the following comparable stores net sales information of the Company for the first seven weeks of the second quarter of fiscal 2013. For the first seven weeks of the second quarter of fiscal 2013, the Company’s domestic comparable store net sales were down 4.2% and its international comparable store net sales were down 3.1%. These results speak only for the periods indicated above and actual results and outcomes for the second quarter may differ materially from the results discussed above.
