On March 1, 2012, ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (the Company) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the Annual Meeting, stockholders considered the election of three directors, the ratification of the appointment of S.R. Snodgrass, A.C. as its independent registered public accountants for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2012, and the consideration of an advisory, non-binding resolution with respect to the executive compensation described in the proxy statement.
