Item 2.01. | Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets |
On June 30, 2009, Noble Metal Processing West Michigan, a subsidiary of Noble International, Ltd. (the Company), consummated the sale to Concept Metal Products, Inc. and J. Walton Properties, LLC of certain assets relating to operation of the Companys Spring Lake, Michigan facility, including existing finished goods, works-in-process and raw materials, for $1.52 million.
