ITEM 8.01.  Other Events.

On November 29, 2007, the Company was notified by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”) that the USPTO had issued a Notice of Intent to Issue Ex Parte Reexamination Certificate in its reexamination of the Company’s U.S. Patent No. 6,233,389, entitled “Multimedia Time Warping System,” closing the reexamination and confirming the patentability of all the patent’s claims.
