Item 5.02 Departure of Directors and Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On February 6, 2006, YRC Worldwide Inc. (“YRC”) received notice from Paul J. Liska that Mr. Liska will not stand for reelection to YRC’s board of directors at YRC’s next annual meeting of stockholders due to other business commitments. As Mr. Liska completes his term of board service, YRC has expressed its appreciation to him for his contributions. There were no disagreements between Mr. Liska and YRC on any matter relating to YRC’s operations, policies or practices.
