Yes _____ No X - 1 Partial Disposition of Treasury Stocks On March 19, 2004, Kookmin Bank officially submitted a statement of disposition of treasury stocks to Financial Supervisory Commission with regard to the exercise of stock options, which were granted to 10 directors and 55 employees on March 15, 2001. The disposition will be implemented upon the option holders' requests during the option exercise period starting from March 26, 2004.
