HSBC CONFIRMS NEGOTIATIONS WITH DAR ES SALAAM INVESTMENT BANK HSBC confirms that it is in negotiations to take a majority stake in Dar Es Salaam Investment Bank of Iraq. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory and other approvals.
