Item 8.01. Other Events
As stated in the past, due to the financial burden of the Sarbanes-Oxley
Act of 2002, Lamperd Less Lethal moved to the Pink Sheets 12/22/2008. On November 4th, 2010
we filed the required Form 15 under rule 15d-6 which suspends the requirement of
filing the costly, audited 10k. We will continue to disclose our financial
reports using GAAP on a timely basis through our website: www.lamperdlesslethal.com.
