On March 26, 2008 IceWEB, Inc.’s Board of Directors appointed Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant General Harry E. Soyster to the Company’s Board of Directors.

 

On March 26, 2008 IceWEB, Inc. issued a press release announcing the appointment of General Soyster to its Board of Directors. A copy of the press release, which is incorporated herein by reference, is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
