Management Changes

On May 1, 2007, BP announced that the Board of BP has appointed Dr. Tony Hayward as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect following the decision by Lord Browne to step down as the Company’s CEO.

On May 30, 2007, BP announced that Iain Conn has been appointed chief executive of the Group’s refining and marketing business with effect from June 1, 2007, replacing John Manzoni who, following a three-month handover period, will step down as a group managing director and leave BP on August 31, 2007.
