ITEM 2.02       RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On July 14, 2010, Brigus Gold Corp. issued a press release announcing, among other things, results of production at its Black Fox mine located near Timmins, Ontario, Canada for the three months ended June 30, 2010.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
