Each unit was comprised of one common share of the issuer and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. The units separated into common shares and warrants immediately upon issuance on July 24, 2008. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the issuer at an exercise price of Cdn$0.65 for 36 months following the closing date of the offering which was July 24, 2008. |
