Item 8.01 - Other Events

On June 5, 2008, the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) issued a draft permit to a subsidiary of the Company for the destruction of polychlorinated biphenyl (“PCBs”) in radiological wastes. Subject to a number of conditions being met, including, but not limited to, a public comment period, the Company expects the final permit for the destruction of PCBs in radiological wastes to be issued by the end of 2008.
