COMMENCING SHORTLY AFTER THE FILING OF THIS FORM 8-K, HD PARTNERS ACQUISITION CORPORATION (THE “REGISTRANT”) INTENDS TO HOLD PRESENTATIONS FOR CERTAIN OF ITS STOCKHOLDERS, AS WELL AS OTHER PERSONS WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING THE REGISTRANT’S SECURITIES, REGARDING ITS ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN ASSETS OF THE NATIONAL HOT ROD ASSOCIATION’S (THE “NHRA”) PROFESSIONAL DRAG RACING SERIES (THE “ACQUISITION”).
