Item 1.01 Entry Into Material Definitive Agreement
The description of the line of credit in Section 2.03 is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation
On September 30, 2004, Winmark Corporation established a $15.0 million line of credit with the Minnesota office of LaSalle Bank National Association. The line of credit will be used for growing the Companys leasing business and for general corporate purposes. The Company has not yet drawn any funds from the line of credit.
