Disposition of Kookmin Leasing
On December 18, 2002, the board of directors of Kookmin Bank has approved and
ratified to dispose of its entire stake (36,541,400 shares), or 88.66%, in
Kookmin Leasing.
Kookmin Bank announced that Sun Capital will acquire the stake by the end of the
month after obtaining the approval from the Financial Supervisory Service.
