On October 17, 2005, Blue Dolphin Energy Company, a Delaware
corporation ("Blue Dolphin"), issued a press release announcing that its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Blue Dolphin Pipe Line Company, entered into agreements
on October 12, 2005 to provide pipeline transportation services for a new
customer.
A copy of the press release is filed as exhibit 99.1 hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference.
