Because Registrant has ceased its active operations and has no full-time employees, Registrant is unable to timely complete its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2009 without unreasonable effort and expense.

It is expected the Registrant will reflect a net comprehensive loss of approximately $140,000 for the three months ended March 31, 2009 compared to a loss of $525,785 for the same period in 2008.  The decrease in the net comprehensive loss is mainly due to unrealized holding losses of $34,208 in the first quarter of 2009 compared to losses of $410,158 in the first quarter of 2008.  Total Revenues were approximately $7,000 compared to $68,483 for the three months ended March 31, 2009 and 2008, respectively.  Total Expenses were approximately $115,000 compared to $184,111 for the three months ended March 31, 2009 and 2008, respectively.  The forgoing are estimates and are subject to adjustment.
