Buc-ee’s opens its first Colorado store as travel center giant expands to new states

Buc-ee's — famous for its highway food, rows of gas pumps, clean bathrooms and Texas-sized footprints — have become travel destinations. Buc-ee's was founded in 1982 in Lake Jackson, and the company is nearing 50 locations across Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Colorado, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri and South Carolina.
