Wayzata mall owner pulls Anthropologie eviction complaint; other litigation remains ongoing

The owner of The Promenade of Wayzata has withdrawn an eviction complaint against Anthropologie filed earlier this year alleging months of unpaid rent and more than $100,000 of debt. But that doesn't mean the legal dispute between landlord and retailer is over.
