Stratasys rejects acquisition offer from Nano Dimension

Nano Dimension, which like Stratasys makes 3D printing technology, already owns 14% of Stratasys and offered $18/share to acquire the rest. But Stratasys' public stock price never approached that level, signaling investor skepticism that a deal would happen.
