THAT GIRL LAY LAY: is an American comedy television series that premiered on Nickelodeon on September 23, 2021, after an order from Nickelodeon for 13 episodes, set to star Alaya High, who is otherwise known as Lay Lay. The series was created by David A. Arnold, who also serves as showrunner, and is produced by Will Packer Productions. Production for the series began in the summer of 2021. David A. LONDON RAYNE: London has been performing since the wee age of 5 when she started singing lullabies to her dog Mabel and hosting puppet shows. London has always had a passion for singing and acting, especially when others laugh and smile. She landed her first professional acting job on the stage of Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre at 8. She continued to play Henrietta Cratchit's role in Indiana Repertory Theatre's production of The Christmas Carol. Other credits include Epilogue Players Theatre (where she won the 2018-2019 Epi Award for Best Minor Supporting Actor), Butler University, Marian University, Wayne Township Community Theatre, Brook's & Bourke Theatre, and Roots School of Theatre. Preparing for the transition from theater to television, London has been working with premier acting coaches Diane Christiansen and Corey Martin Craig. JOURNEY CHRISTINE: Journey Christine was born in Los Angeles, CA. She is one of 4 siblings. She has a beautiful, blended ethnicity of African American and Samoan. Journey started her career at the age of 13 months, booking her first national commercial for Kohl's department store. From there, she booked her first print job modeling for Disney, she is a reoccurring model who shoots with them many times throughout. The journey continued to wow casting directors and booked several other commercials and print work. Prime-time TV audiences have seen Journey prominently featured in commercials for Honda, Walmart, Kohl's, Home Depot, and a handful of other top companies. The journey is no stranger to the camera.
