Wauwatosa needs more affordable and so-called 'missing middle' housing, study says

With its population expected to grow in the coming decades, the city of Wauwatosa needs to add hundreds of new housing units — particularly ones that are affordable and fill the needs of the "missing middle," according to the draft of a new study the city commissioned.
