It is used to help nonprofits in the KC Metro with all their housing needs by helping at-risk and disabled tenants into affordable and subsidized rentals, consulting them on how to raise more money, project management, taking over education, and giving classes to first-time buyers and seasoned investors that want to participate in the program.
