Novant Health launches first-ever leadership training that uses AI-powered virtual reality technology

Novant Health deployed a new way to prepare for difficult conversations – virtual reality. Using VR provider Moth+Flame's Promise platform, employees will participate in a voice-activated leadership development training. The health system also plans to soon add dozens more VR to other areas of its work, such as patient education.
