My View: By failing to invest in education, Gov. Ducey hurts our kids, and the economy

In this guest column, Democratic gubernatorial candidate Marco Lopez comments that besides circumventing the Prop. 208 ballot initiative, Gov. Ducey's flat tax proposal would not do enough to fund education in Arizona when many businesses already report a shortage of skilled-workers in the state.
