Customer sues Starbucks claiming he was 'poisoned' by toxic chemical

According to court documents, Matthew Mitchell claims he was served cleaning solution, Urnex Urn & Brewer Cleaner, at a Greenwich, Connecticut, Starbucks in late August instead of a hot black coffee.
