Valley city chooses next economic development leader

News of the hiring comes after the city terminated the at-will employment of its previous economic development director last year. Following the termination, Phoenix-based Vintage Partners sent a letter to city leaders that said it was backing out of a public-private partnership for plans to redevelop and enhance portions of Old Town Peoria.
