UT-Arlington's Sherri Kermanshachi is working to eradicate barriers for women in engineering

"I believe the participation of women in the construction industry will significantly impact this industry," she said. "While participation of women has been around 10% in the construction industry for multiple decades, this number will be increased and the industry will benefit from perspectives and inputs of women."
